How much does shipping cost? Shipping is completely free on all orders anywhere in Bangladesh.

How long will it take to receive my order? For deliveries inside Dhaka, expect your order to arrive within 24 to 48 hours. For nationwide deliveries outside of Dhaka, please allow 3 to 5 business days.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery nationwide. Please note that for orders delivered outside of Dhaka, a partial advance payment is required to confirm and secure your shipment before dispatch.

How will my order be packaged? Every order is delivered in our signature River Silt Grey heritage box. Your Panjabi is delicately wrapped in translucent tissue and accompanied by our brand philosophy inscribed in elegant Arabic calligraphy.

Can I return or exchange my Panjabi? We accept exchanges for unworn and unwashed garments, provided they are returned within our exchange window with all original tags and packaging fully intact. Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange.
