At Tabaan, we value your trust. We strive to provide high-quality products, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights.
1. Return Timeline
We offer a [10 HOUR ] return window from the date of delivery. If the specified time has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

You must provide a proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice).
Non-returnable items include:

Items on "Final Sale" or clearance.

Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., innerwear, beauty products).

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery.
3. Valid Reasons for Return
Under Bangladesh’s standard e-commerce practices, returns are accepted if:

Damaged/Defective: The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.

Incorrect Item: The product delivered is different from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or model).

Incomplete: Parts of the product or accessories mentioned in the description are missing.
Note: We do not accept returns for "Change of Mind" once the product has been delivered and matches the description.
4. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at supporthouseoftabaan.com or message us on Facebook/WhatsApp at 01843568098 within 24 hours of delivery.

Evidence: Attach a clear unboxing video and photos of the defect or the incorrect item. (Highly recommended for fast processing in Bangladesh).

Pickup/Send-back: Once approved, we will either arrange a pickup (for Dhaka) or ask you to send the item back via a local courier.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer) within 7–10 working days.

Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the delivery cost. For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the shipping fee.
