TABAAN - Return & Refund Policy

At Tabaan, we value your trust. We strive to provide high-quality products, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights.

1. Return Timeline

We offer a [10 HOUR ] return window from the date of delivery. If the specified time has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items on "Final Sale" or clearance.

  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., innerwear, beauty products).

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery.

3. Valid Reasons for Return

Under Bangladesh’s standard e-commerce practices, returns are accepted if:

  1. Damaged/Defective: The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.

  2. Incorrect Item: The product delivered is different from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or model).

  3. Incomplete: Parts of the product or accessories mentioned in the description are missing.

Note: We do not accept returns for "Change of Mind" once the product has been delivered and matches the description.

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at supporthouseoftabaan.com or message us on Facebook/WhatsApp at 01843568098 within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Evidence: Attach a clear unboxing video and photos of the defect or the incorrect item. (Highly recommended for fast processing in Bangladesh).

  3. Pickup/Send-back: Once approved, we will either arrange a pickup (for Dhaka) or ask you to send the item back via a local courier.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer) within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the delivery cost. For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the shipping fee.
